At Seraphine Gems, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

Returns

We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you currently have and place a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
